[MAG] Park Shin Hye on iWeekly magazine for her 10 years of debut


A successful actress after 10 years. 

At the age of 23, as a child actress, Park Shin Hye has debuted for a good 10 years. Her showbiz career is now at the climax with her overwhelming popularity.

Currently, Park Shin Hye is shooting for the hot tv SBS drama The Inheritors, also known as, The Heirs. To celebrate this joyful event, the crew members specially prepared cake and flowers for her. 

In 2003, Park Shin Hye acted in Stairway to Heaven. She was picked among 250 contestants and played the role of main character Han Jung-Seo as a child (Choi Ji-woo played the adult Han Jung-Seo). Stairway to Heaven was highly successful and regularly received ratings in excess of 40%. Like this, Park Shin Hye's entrance to the entertainment industry was opened.

Until 2009, Park Shin Hye acted in the hot drama You're Beautiful as a male role in disguise (Go Mi Nam) with Jang Keun Suk, CN Blue's Jung Yong Hwa and FT Island's Lee Hong Ki. This drama had made Park Shin Hye left her image as a child actress to a mature one. 

Now, her 10th year in the entertainment industry, her popularity rose. She was also selected by Director  Kim Eun-sook to act in 2013 The Inheritors as Cha Eun Sang. Actress Choi Ji-woo also complimented her during one of his interview saying, "I met her once last year during an event, Shin Hye grew up really well. She is also good in selecting her works. I really like her a lot because she once acted as a young version of me (In Stairway to Heaven)."

With her rising popularity, Park Shin Hye's acting skills has again been recognised with her hard work put in in the movie Miracle in Cell No 7. She acted as Ye-sung, a daughter of a mentally handicapped father. In the movie, Ye-sung has to stand in the law court to fight for her father. Although her on-screen scenes were not much, Park Shin Hye has demonstrated excellent acting skills. Hence, she was awarded Best Supporting Actress award in the 33rd Korean Film Critics Awards. 

Park Shin Hye's 2013 has come to a wonderful end.
